Site-Inspection Coordinator
This package is designed to assist future destination wedding couples in maximizing their time while in Playa del Carmen conducting site inspections. With all of the options available in the Riviera Maya it can be quite overwhelming for a couple to know where to begin. As Playa locals we are able to offer assistance, knowledge, and referrals for venues before you even come down. After a brief consultation over the phone to get to know you we will be able to make referrals and share information that is geared toward your desires.
Also, if you decide to contract for further coordination services the site inspection fee will be applied to the total of that package.
Services will include:
- Initial phone consultation to better understand your focus
- 5 referrals for venus
- Information about the area – suggested tours, restaurants, activities
- Set-up site inspection appointments for requested locations
- In town contact between on-site facility coordinator and client
- If schedule allows, assist with actual visit of up to 3 locations
Day of Coverage
This package is designed for those who are wish to research, contact, and hire their own vendors without assistance but would like someone to assist with the details on the day of the wedding.

All of the packages below include the following services:
- Free initial contact and consultation
- Contact via e-mail
- 100 minutes per month of consultation via telephone if desired
- Contact between on-site facility coordinator and wedding couple
- Personalized attention to wedding couple
- Creation and management of wedding budget
- Creation and management of wedding day timeline
- Oversee all deliveries arranged by coordinator
- Most importantly create an unforgettable wedding celebration customized to your desires!
Simply del Mar - Ceremony coordination
- Reservation of location for ceremony based upon couple’s desires
- Reserve civil officiate and/or minister
- Arrange necessary paperwork for civil ceremony – if desired
- Provide contact for lab work
- Vendor referrals and contracts pertaining to the ceremony
- Hair and make-up appointments
- Assist with ceremony décor design and rentals
- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony
Celebration Cena - reservation for restaurant of your choice
- All items listed from the Simply del Mar Package
- Reservation for reception location at a local restaurant
- Transportation from Ceremony to restaurant for guests and wedding couple
- Arrange menu with restaurant
- Contract and delivery of wedding cake
Caribbean Fiesta - Reception
- All items listed from Simply del Mar Package
- Venue referrals and contracts for reception locations
- Assist with catering menu and beverage services
- Contract and delivery of wedding cake
- Contract DJ and sound and lighting
- Assist with floral design and decor
- Coordinate reception – first dance, wedding cake, bouquet and garter toss, departure of bride and groom, etc…
- Up to 3 different referrals for hotels in the area
- Assist with wedding night accommodations
- Transportation for wedding guests and wedding couple on wedding day
Wedding Weekend Coordinator
- Includes all items listed from Simply del Mar and Caribbean Fiesta
- Coordination of rehearsal dinner, meet and greet, brunch, etc…depending on your requests
- Weekend transportation services
- Reservations and suggestions on tours available in the area
- Spa days, golf reservations, shopping at Lapiz jewelry factory, etc
- Closing of ceremony and gathering of gifts, cards, personal wedding items, etc…
- If wedding couple requests more than the allotted time or planning of other activities services will be charged per hour.
- Records of time spent will be submitted with invoice.
